Seeds Laddu Recipe
First step- Seeds laddus is very easy to make. For this, take 100 grams of pumpkin seeds i.e. pumpkin seeds, 100 grams of sunflower seeds, 100 grams of linseed seeds, 100 grams of watermelon and melon seeds. If you are making laddus without sugar and jaggery, then take 200 grams of dates to make laddus.
Second step- Now roast all the seeds lightly in a pan. Seeds have to be roasted without running oil without oil. After roasting the seeds, take out the seeds from the dates and soak them in 1 cup of milk. When the dates get wet for 1-2 hours, grind them in a grinder and make a paste. If you want, you can grind it without soaking.
Third step- Now put the ground dates in a pan and fry it while stirring for a while. If the dates are grinded without soaked, then take it out like this. There is no need to roast it. Now mix all the seeds in a ground paste and tie laddus. If there is a problem in tying laddus, then press a little ghee on your hand and make a laddu.
