
How to make soft curd vada
Whether it is a festival in the house or a guest is going to come, people make curd vada. Tasty curd vada can be made for the entire house with very little lentils in the house. But some people complain that their vada becomes hard. Vada markets do not become soft. Many times there is another lump in Vada. Which fade the taste. This will make the curd vada cotton -like soft and will dissolve in the mouth.
How to make soft curd vada
Tips 1- Dahi Vada found in the market is made with a special trick. Due to which vada becomes very soft and mouth dissolving in the mouth. For this, soak some rice in water along with urad dal.
Tips 2- Now grind rice together while grinding lentils. If you are taking 1 cup of urad dal, then add less than half a cup of rice and soak. Now mix both things and grind them and prepare a smooth paste. Grind very little water in the lentils.
Tips 3- Now whisk the lentils and rice solution for a while and then while frying the vada, put half a teaspoon of baking powder in the solution. Now fry all the vada. Vada will swell at all as soon as you put it in the oil.
Tips 4- Immediately put the fried vada in lukewarm water. This will make the vada very soft and all the water will come out. Add half a teaspoon of salt to the water in which the fryed vada is being poured.
Believe that when you make curd vada with this trick, then you will also be ready to become soft curd vada from the market. You serve them with curd, sweet chutney and green chutney. Put roasted cumin and some red chili over the curd vada. This will increase the taste.
