Besan’s cheela recipe for making vegetables
First step- Take about 1 cup of gram flour and crush a little celery in it. Add a little cumin powder, kasoori methi, salt, turmeric powder and fresh coriander to the gram flour. Now prepare the solution by adding water close to 1 cup.
Second step- Apply ghee on the pan and spread the cheela with gram flour solution. Now turn the cheela and shape like a rap. That is, turn from one side and bring it in the middle. Then also overturn from the other side and bring it in the middle. Now overturn from both sides and make a long fold. Similarly, bake all cheela.
Third step- Now cut the folded cheela into a barfi -like piece. Keep them on the side and prepare gravy for vegetables in a pan. For this, add mustard oil to the pan or pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and add 10 bud garlic, 1 inch ginger and 2 onions and grind them.
Fourth step- Cut 3-4 green chillies and add it. Grind about 2 medium tomatoes and make gravy. After roasting onion, add ground tomatoes and add all dried spices such as coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, salt and mango powder. Fry the spices till they release oil.
Fifth step- Now add 2 cups of water to the spices and after a boil in the gravy, add the grinded cheela to it. Now cover and let the vegetable cook on low flame for 10 minutes. After the vegetable is made, add garam masala and serve by adding green coriander.
