Ingredients for peanut chutney:
Roasted peanuts half cup, 4-5 green chillies, 2 to 3 garlic buds, half teaspoon lemon juice, salt as per taste, water as per need
Ingredients for the tempering:
Oil 1 teaspoon, rye half teaspoon, urad dal half teaspoon, curry leaf 5-6, dry red chilli 1-2
Method of making green chili and roasted peanuts chutney?

First step: First of all, fry the raw peanuts on low flame in a pan until they become crispy. After cooling, take off its peel. Now, add roasted peanuts, green chillies, garlic in a mixer jar and finely grind it as per your choice. Keep in mind that the sauce is not very thin. When the grind is grinded, remove it in a bowl and add lemon juice and salt according to taste.

Second step: Now heat the oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds. When the mustard starts crackling, add urad dal and curry leaves to it. Fry until urad dal becomes light golden. Finally add dry red chili and then put this prepared tempering immediately on top of the powdered chutney and mix well.
