Green Chilli Paratha Recipe
First step- First of all knead soft dough for parathas. Put some ghee in the dough and apply some water and prepare the dough.
Second step-Now take a medium size dough from the dough and flatten it with the help of a cylinder. Now apply a little ghee on the dough. Add special Punjabi masala, salt and a little dry flour on it.
Third step- Make layers by beating the dough and then make it like a dough. You have to prepare the paratha like Lachha Paratha. Now sprinkle finely chopped green chili over the paratha.
Fourth step- Sprinkle a little dry flour on top and roll the paratha a little more and make it big. Now put it on the pan and bake it on a light medium flame while applying ghee. Baking the paratha on low flame will make it more crispy.
Fifth step- Bake the paratha on both sides. The prepared crispy and spicy green chili paratha. You serve it with chutney, sauce, pickle or curd. You will like the taste of green chili paratha.
